According to the ADP National Employment Report, from July to August employment increased by 201,000 jobs this year, the largest employment gain in five months.

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics unemployment for August 2012, shows the unemployment rate fell to 8.1%, with 96,000 new jobs in the private sector.

The fact is businesses are still facing uncertainty, with the events in the Euro Area and the Presidential race, the demand for talented workers are at an all-time high. A recent study shows almost half of employers are having a difficult time filling critical positions, including Engineering, Industrial and Construction jobs. The report also showed without suitable employees to facilitate economic growth, businesses will find it difficult to succeed in this market.
